At Arabian Collection, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across India. Please read our shipping policy below for complete details.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently ship across India.

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. Please make sure your address, PIN code, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping/tracking information through your registered contact details.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is generally:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, location, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Any promotional free-shipping offers will be subject to the terms mentioned during the promotion.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, tracking details may be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

You can use the tracking information provided by the courier to check the status of your shipment.

6. Delayed Deliveries

Although we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays can sometimes occur because of:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Courier delays

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Operational disruptions

• Remote-location delivery limitations

We will assist you in tracking delayed shipments, but we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless explicitly stated.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.

8. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package when it arrives.

If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please contact Arabian Collection customer support as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and the received products.

9. Undelivered or Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can coordinate with the courier and investigate the shipment status.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier service. Arabian Collection is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
