Return Eligibility

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for size, damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI after verification.

Return Shipping

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Arabian Collection will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to personal preference (such as size or change of mind), return shipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if it meets our return eligibility criteria.
