At Arabian Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a wrong size, defective, or damaged product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI after verification.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be borne by Arabian Collection.
  • For returns due to customer preference (such as size or change of mind), return shipping charges may apply.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if it meets the return eligibility criteria.
